How long does it take to get Keep BI up and running?
Standard installation takes 7 days. We activate the prebuilt dashboards on your Odoo, fine-tune the business logic and your brand colors, and validate the data with you before handoff. No lengthy custom development or months-long projects required.
Do I need to export my data out of Odoo or use another tool?
No. Keep BI is a native module that runs inside Odoo, so your dashboards read information straight from the source, with no manual exports or intermediate spreadsheets. Every chart also links directly to the source transaction in Odoo.
How does the monthly subscription work, and what does each plan include?
Keep BI is billed as a monthly subscription in UF (Chile’s inflation-indexed unit of account) plus VAT, with no large upfront investment. The Starter plan includes 3 dashboards, Professional includes 5 and Business includes 10. Every plan includes updates, 100% cloud hosting and role-based user access.
Are the dashboards tailored to my business, or are they generic?
We start from proven templates used by hundreds of companies and tailor them to your reality: your KPIs, your departments and your business logic. We also apply your own branding (colors and logo) so every dashboard feels like part of your platform.
What is the Predictive Analytics add-on?
It is an AI add-on to your subscription (8 UF + VAT per month) that forecasts trends from your historical data, such as expected sales, customer churn risk and the future behavior of your key metrics, so you can get ahead of problems instead of reacting to them.
